I agree. Nobody likes a player that will rush, then bank.. It's not fun.

To be honest, it's like real rs - you can't control that unless a Moderator strands beside each bank enforcing the rule.

Yes, it's unpleasant but many things will appear unpleasant without us being to do anything.
I don't think this will be set as against the rules unless Wrecked/slurge tells us otherwise.

The rushers I can't stand are the full stat+d claws+vls geniuses. I agree with Marc, it cannot be controlled for the most part, but people should take it upon themselves to refrain from rushing.
